Advisory Board Surveys Summary- As part of the five-year Program Evaluation and Review process, all advisory board members complete a short survey assessing the success of their program. A summary of the most recent results is available here.

AQIP Examiner Results - The AQIP Examiner Feedback Reports provide information on how IVCCD employees evaluate key processes related to the nine AQIP categories.

AQIP Quality Action Projects (QAPs)- QAPs are Districtwide projects that span 2 - 3 years. Current and retired QAPs can be viewed on Action Project Directory on the HLC website, at http://www.aqip.org/

ASAP Projects- AQIP Special Action Projects (ASAPs) are shorter term projects and can be initiated for department, unit, or Districtwide improvements.  The ASAP declaration form has recently been updated to include the Plan-Do-Check-Act model.  If you are in the beginning stages of your ASAP project, please complete the "Plan" section and submit an electronic copy to the AQIP Liaison.  Once the ASAP is completed, you will be asked to include documentation of progress and complete the remainder of the form.  The updated ASAP form is available here.

CAAP Assessments - Summary data fro the Collegiate Assessment of Academic Proficiency (CAAP) exam and the CAAP-Compass/ACT Linkage Reports are available here.

CCSSE Results - Community College Survey of Student Engagement (CCSSE) results provide college benchmark results related to active and collaborative learning, student effort, student-faculty interaction, academic challenge, and support for learners.

Enrollment Reports - These reports show headcount by enrollment status, gender, residency, race/ethnicity, and age.

Fact Book - The IVCCD Fact Book provides extensive information on enrollment rends, credit students, financial information, student outcomes, and demographic and economic trends.

Iowa Department of Education Accreditation Report, 2007 - This report is the result of the accreditation visit of the IODE conducted February 26 - 28, 2007.

IPEDS Feedback Reports: These reports provide selected indicators and data elements for ECC and MCC as compared to all Iowa Community Colleges.  2008 ECC Report, 2008 MCC Report

Mission, Vision, Core Values - Reaffirmed in 2007-2008, this document provides the IVCCD mission, vision, and core values.

NCCBP Scorecard- Participation in the National Community College Benchmark Project (NCCBP) allows IVCCD to obtain outcome and effectiveness data in critical performance areas, receive reports of benchmarks, and compare results with those of other colleges.

Quality Check-Up Report, 2007 - This report was submitted to IVCCD following the AQIP reviewer visit on February 14 - 16, 2007.

Program Analysis Survey Summary

Reaffirmation Report, 2008 - This report included a review of IVCCD Action Projects, Strategy Forum participation, the Systems Portfolio, the Systems Appraisal Report, and the Quality Check-Up Report which resulted in the recommendation to extend accreditation for IVCCD through 2014 - 2015.

Transfer Student Data - Transfer data obtained from Iowa State University, University of Northern Iowa, and University of Iowa is used to develop reports on first-term GPA, academic good standing, and cumulative GPA.
