Non-Iowa resident and international student tuition is $173 per credit hour; all fees for non-Iowa residents and international students are the same as for Iowa residents.

Housing* (per semester)
Thompson Hall (men's dorm): $1,511 per semester; add $464 for a single room. Wall Hall (women's dorm): $1,511 per semester; add $464 for a single room. College Apartments (shared bedroom): $1,975 per semester; single bedrooms not available.

Food Service (per semester) A meal plan is required for all students living on campus. Meal Plan A: 19 meals per week for $915 per semester. Meal Plan B: 15 meals per week for $872 per semester. Meal Plan C: 10 meals per week for $845 per semester. Other Expenses Books & Supplies (varies based on classes): Averages $400-$800 per semester.
Miscellaneous (clothing, mileage, postage, phone calls, recreation, etc.): $400-$750.
On-campus parking: Free!
Tuition and fee policies are based on a sharing of cost by students, taxpayers of Iowa Valley Community College District, and the State of Iowa. State reimbursement is received for students who are residents of Iowa; none is received for non-residents. On average, state appropriations provide approximately 47 percent of the cost of education at IVCCD. The IVCCD Board of Directors reserves the right to change tuition and fee schedules, as well as refund policies, in accordance with federal and state laws.
