ECC conducts spring Phi Theta Kappa induction
The Alpha Iota Omega Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa at Ellsworth Community College inducted 11 new members this week. Phi Theta Kappa is an international honor society for two-year colleges. To qualify for membership, students must be in a degree-seeking program with a cumulative 3.5 grade point average, and have completed a minimum of 12 credit hours.
Students who accepted membership were acknowledged at the spring induction ceremony on Sunday, March 10. Inductees, listed by hometown, are:
Alden – Tanner Lasheid, Brennan Lauterbach and Amy Monroe.
Eldora – Amber Page.
Iowa Falls – Justin Bahr, Erin Cooper, Leah Nelson, and Tanner Walker.
New Providence – Jada Staples.
Webster City – Bryan Bennett and Jennifer Fagervik.
