William Ford presents, “Why do I need a CPA for my business?” on Nov. 15 at Iowa Valley Grinnell
Iowa Valley Community College Grinnell will play host to the Regional Alliance for Innovative Development this month as William Ford, CPA, presents “Why do I need a CPA for my business?” The presentation, part of the ‘Build a Better Business’ series, will be from 8 – 9:30 am on Thursday, November 15, on the campus of Iowa Valley Grinnell.
William Ford has operated his own CPA firm for the last seven years. He has worked with business clients from a wide variety of industries and provides many levels of support from start-up, payroll services, consulting, tax return preparation, QuickBooks and other accounting software integration, and many other services that allow businesses to focus on what they do best. His experience as a CPA and a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor allows him to find solutions for today's businesses.
The primary goal of the presentation is to help businesses build a sustainable plan for growth. Working proactively with a qualified CPA can help with cash flow stability, tax preparation, and development of a business plan.
The Regional Alliance for Innovative Development is dedicated to providing outreach, education, training, and networking opportunities to small business owners and entrepreneurs in Poweshiek County area. This effort is coordinated by Iowa Valley Community College District, Poweshiek Iowa Development, Grinnell Chamber of Commerce, ISU Poweshiek County Extension, and other supporting partners.
