Iowa Valley Continuing Education
Iowa Valley Continuing Education is training for both today's and tomorrow's workforce needs. We are meeting the training needs for "in-demand" occupations while making funding available for eligible participants through the Gap Tuition Assistance Program.

A great example of our workforce training is IVCE's new, three-week, Professional Truck Driver Prep Program. Trucking is a "bright outlook" occupation, and this short-term course prepares students for over-the-road driving and a Class A CDL. Another bright outlook program is our Pharmacy Technician Certification. This and several other health care occupations (including Certified Nurse Aide/CNA and Phlebotomist Certification) are growing rapidly with great job prospects!
Full tuition assistance is available to qualifying students for qualifying career training programs through the IVCE Gap Tuition Assistance Program, including:
Phlebotomist Certification, Pharmacy Technician Certification, Emergency Medical Technician/EMT, Certified Nurse Aide/CNA, Medication Aide, Utility Technician, Machine Operator, Professional Truck Driver Prep, Career Pipe Welding, Welding for Maintenance & Repair, HVAC Basic, and MIG (wire) Welding.
