EdVenture highlights opportunities for personal or professional "makeovers" you can achieve through adult and continuing education. Whether you want to train for a new career, upgrade your professional skills, take up a new hobby, or pursue other personal interests, Iowa Valley offers something just for you in this issue of EdVenture.

Hundreds of Classes Offered - Our EdVenture course schedule is designed to make it easy for you to find the programs and courses you want. The links by topic in the green menu bar on the left will connect you with information about current courses offered in these topic areas. If location is a key factor for your participation, click on the Index by Community link at the bottom for a list of communities and the current courses being offered in those communities.

Online Classes Also Available - In addition to these face-to-face classes held in Central Iowa, Iowa Valley offers a variety of online classes each year. They're interactive, self-paced, and completely online so you can participate at your convenience, day or night. To participate you need e-mail (Netscape or Internet Explorer); for some courses you may need your own copy of a particular software program. The location line is in bold type and includes the town, building and room number. Most (but not all) classes are held in these key locations:
