Citizenship

Cook & Eat Your Way Around the World
This class will be taught by staff and volunteer instructors from Iowa Valley Education and Training Center. You will observe cooks from around the world while they prepare and serve foods from various countries. You will also gain vocabulary and recipe reading skills. Recipes and samples will be provided.
