Objectives: 1 Renew your attention on responding to others' behavior in thought, word and action 2 Identify communication strategies for coping with a variety of behaviors, even your own 3 Discuss generational differences and how these impact behaviors and communications in patients and coworkers within the salon environment 4 Apply "words to say" to your situations and learn from others' 5 Discover how to bring better behaviors (not to mention more fun!) back to work and more successfully balance multiple priorities. Presenter, Celina Peerman, MA, PHR is a trainer and consultant specializing in organizational development and human resource management-related topics. She has led successful workshops and training for a variety of industries.
