Lamaze Prepared Childbirth
Lamaze classes prepare a couple for labor, delivery, and the hospital stay. Topics include: relaxation and breathing techniques, normal labor course, medical interventions, cesarean birth, post-delivery care for mom and baby, breast and bottle feeding and parenthood. Sibling Class
This class is designed for children 2 - 8 years old who will soon become a big brother or sister. Topics include separation from mom during hospitalization, characteristics of a newborn, safety, sibling rivalry, and a tour of the unit. One adult is expected to stay with the child during class.
