Join co-workers and friends to exercise your way to health. Pilates is a focus on the body’s core training: abdominal, lower back, buttocks, hips, and thighs. Firm the tummy! This class also includes some yoga exercise. This “no-sweat” class is ideal for a noon time work out. Bring a mat or large towel to class and wear comfortable clothing.
