Used Motor Continuing Education
Currently licensed used motor vehicle dealers who wish to retain their dealer license must take a 5 hour course, every two years, and prior to renewal.  Programming will include, but not be limited to, the examination of federal and state laws applicable to the motor vehicle industry and federal and state regulations pertaining to used motor vehicle dealers.  A certificate of completion issued to each person who successfully completes a continuing education course. The certificate must be posted conspicuously in the dealership.
