Swanson, our on-campus catering service, is committed to meeting your dining and dietary needs in an efficient and courteous manner. Whether you plan your event for 10 people or 300, you'll receive top priority, great food, and prompt service from Swanson.

Swanson offers:

• A complete choice of menus (breakfasts, luncheons and dinners)

• A variety of a la carte items (snack foods, beverages and hors d’oeuvres)

• China and linens

• Buffet-style or sit-down options

We want your event to be as successful as you do, and having the right amount of food at the right time is an important part of that success. Our staff will help you develop a menu that's right for your needs and your budget. The choices are nearly limitless!

Our Conference Center staff will ask you for an estimated number of participants at the time you reserve your space. One week prior to your event, we'll call for a confirmation of your attendance count; Swanson will prepare to serve 5% above the confirmation count. If your attendance count changes, just call us 48 hours before the event and we'll gladly adjust the numbers so you don't run out of food or get charged for more than you’ll actually need.
