Planning Services

At Iowa Valley Continuing Education, we focus on customer service.  IVCE’s Conference Center staff will:

  • Registering students in CE lobbyDetermine which of our facilities will best meet your needs

  • Provide conference planning and coordination services

  • Provide appropriate room set-up services, marketing materials, hand-outs, and other resources.

  • Arrange for catering services

  • Prepare bids and quotes for your event as based on facilities and services used
