Bartending Basics
GRINNELL – Interested in learning a fun new skill? Iowa Valley Continuing Education is offering Bartending Basics in Grinnell.
Learn the techniques of a professional bartender with Lonn Lease, owner of Lonnski’s Pub and Deli in Grinnell. The focus will be on methods for preparing and serving drinks along with some basic drink recipes. This is a fun class and for those looking to learn more about the skills needed to be a bartender.
Class will be offered on Tuesday, Jan. 8 from 3-4 pm. The cost of class is $16. Please bring $5 for optional drink samples. All classes will be held at Lonnski’s Pub & Deli, 908 Main St., Grinnell. Register for Bartending Basics, course number FDS 5500 103.
