IVCE offers iPad education
IOWA FALLS – Own an iPad? Feel like you’re missing out on some of the fun and functionality of your user-friendly yet high-tech device? Iowa Valley Continuing Education has scheduled two summer iPad classes that will take your user skills to the next level, whether you want to start with the basics or are ready for some of the more advanced features of your beloved iPad.
“iPad – Basic Use,” course number CMB 2222 001 and CMB 2222 002, will be offered twice on June 3 at 11:30 am - 1:00 pm and 5:30 – 7:00 pm. In this class, learn to set up email, how to choose apps, tips on using FaceTime and Skype.
“iPad – Level II,” will also be offered twice on June 10. Course number CMB 2222 003 will be offered 11:30 am - 1:00 pm and CMB 2222 004 at 5:30-7:00 pm. This class will teach you how to find apps for your iPad that will help you manage your work, home and personal development.
All classes you will need to bring your own iPad. There is a $5 fee that will need to be paid at time of registration and a $15 fee will be paid to the instructor at the time of the class. Classes will be held on the Ellsworth Community College campus, 1100 College Avenue, Iowa Falls, Reg Johnson, room 101.
