TIG Welding Offered July 9-13
MARSHALLTOWN - Are you interested in learning how to TIG weld? Many metals are TIG welded because it is mechanically strong and visually appealing. TIG welding is the number one process chosen by welders for professional racing teams, the avid auto enthusiast and some manufacturing industries.
During this course, learn the basics of TIG welding such as safety, material preparation, set-up, sound, sight, smell, mild steel, maintenance, and trouble shooting. This class will be offered on July 9-13, 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. at the Business and Technology Center Welding Lab on the Marshalltown Community College Campus, 3700 S. Center St., Marshalltown.
