IVCE offers iPad education
IOWA FALLS – Own an iPad? Feel like you're missing out on some of the fun and functionality of your user-friendly yet high-tech device? Iowa Valley Continuing Education has scheduled two iPad classes that will take your user skills to the next level, whether you want to start with the basics or are ready for some of the more advanced features of your beloved iPad.
"iPad – Basics," course number CMB 2222 005, will be offered on Wednesday, Oct. 16 at 5:30 - 7:00 pm. This class will teach you the basics of your iPad. You will learn to set up your email, how to choose apps, tips on using FaceTime and Skype. Class participants will learn tips on how to use your camera. There will be a time for question and answers at the end of the class.
"iPad – Level II," will also be offered on Wednesday, Oct. 23. Course number CMB 2222 006 will be offered 5:30 - 7:00 pm. This class will teach you how to find apps for your iPad that will help you manage your work, home and personal development. Previous iPad experience is recommended. There will be a time for question and answers at the end of the class.
All classes you will need to bring your own iPad. There is a $5 fee that will need to be paid at time of registration and a $15 fee will be paid to the instructor at the time of the class. Classes will be held on the Ellsworth Community College campus, 1100 College Avenue, Iowa Falls, Reg Johnson, room 101.
