Afternoon Tea with IVCE
GRINNELL – Come and share Afternoon Tea with Iowa Valley Continuing Education on Wed., Nov. 7, 11:30 am – 1:00 pm. Enjoy a leisurely meal as we discuss recipes, presentation, and brewing your favorite tea. A full afternoon tea will be provided by Dorothy Spriggs of the Carriage House Bed and Breakfast, including finger sandwiches, scones with jam and “clotted” cream, sausage rolls, and small pastries. Come with a big appetite! Please bring your favorite cup and saucer and if there is time you can share your story about it.
Afternoon Tea, course # PSD 6062 101, is the final class included in the “lunch and learn” sessions. It will be held at Iowa Valley Grinnell, room 128. Cost of this class is $20, which includes lunch. Registrations are due by Friday, Nov. 2 and can be completed by calling Iowa Valley Continuing Education at 1-800-284-4823 or 641-752-4645.
