Spanish DUI course offered December 5 and 6 11/18/2008 Iowa Valley Continuing Education will offer the course Driving Unimpaired (DUI) in Spanish in December. The course is required for anyone convicted of driving under the influence, and is authorized by the state of Iowa. America Recycles Day Calendar winners honored 11/14/2008 Thirteen Marshall County students were honored for their winning poster designs during a celebration on Nov. 12 held at Iowa Valley Continuing Education. Austin Cox, a fourth grader at Green Mountain-Garwin Elementary, was the grand prizewinner of a $100 Savings Bond from the Marshall County Landfill. Austin’s poster was chosen as the cover of the 2009 calendar.
