If you like working with your hands and enjoy seeing what you’ve accomplished at the end of every day, Construction Technology can be a rewarding career. If you’ve been involved in your high school’s carpentry program, you can add to your classroom work and technical skills by enrolling at MCC! During your first year, you’ll jump right into helping build a house as you combine classroom experiences with hands-on learning. As a second year student, you’ll be paid a minimum of $10.75 per hour and as high as $14 per hour while working on commercial sites. You’ll be ready for a great career whether you choose the one-year diploma, two-year diploma or AAS degree. In Construction
