Improvisational comedy returns to the Orpheum May 5

They’re back! On Saturday, May 5, the IVCCD Orpheum Theater Center will again host “INSTANT COMEDY … Just Add Spam.” Directed by Chad Weir, Just Add Spam is a live, improvisational comedy show that made its debut at the Orpheum in 2012, and this spring’s ‘improv’ promises to be better than ever.

The show will begin at 7:30 pm. Tickets can be purchased for $10 each ahead of time or the night of the show. For advance tickets, contact the Orpheum at 641-844-5921.

For those unfamiliar with the event, it models the popular television show Whose Line Is It Anyway? The event will be held in the Orpheum’s black box theater, and the performance lasts about 90 minutes.
