IVTS Helpdesk
Iowa Valley Technology Services Helpdesk is available to assist current students, staff, and faculty with various technology needs. Keep in mind IVTS staff cannot provide support for personal devices.
IVTS offers a self service password reset system found here: Password Reset System
Students can submit helpdesk requests via our email system at helpdesk@iavalley.edu.
Staff and faculty must submit work order requests directly via FMX .
Helpdesk can also be reached by phone at 641-844-5555 - however for fastest and after hours assistance please use the above methods.
