IVCCD BOARD OF DIRECTORS

IVCCD is a public, tax-supported institution governed by a locally elected Board of Directors representing seven Director Districts throughout our geographical area (Hardin, Marshall, Poweshiek, and most of Tama County, plus small portions of six adjoining counties). The Director Districts encompass portions of 20 local K-12 school district boundaries. Our Board members are elected to serve as policymakers and oversee the academic and budgetary policies of this institution.

Director	Information
	Director District I: All that portion lying within AGWSR, Alden, and Iowa Falls School Districts, and the portion of the Aplington-Parkersburg and Clarion-Goldfield-Dows School Districts lying within the boundary of IVCCD. Larry W. Johnson, Director. Johnson has served on the IVCCD Board since 1986; he resides in Iowa Falls.
	Director District II: All that portion lying within the BCLUW, Eldora-New Providence, GMG, and Hubbard-Radcliffe School Districts, and the portion of the Colo-Nesco, Gladbrook-Reinbeck, and Grundy Center School Districts lying within the boundary of IVCCD. Clark Lawler, Director. Lawler has served on the IVCCD Board since 2019; he is a resident of Eldora.
	Director District III: All that portion lying within the Marshalltown School District in the 2nd and 3rd Wards in the City of Marshalltown. Amber Danielson, Vice President. Danielson has served on the IVCCD Board since 2023; she is a resident of Marshalltown.
	Director District IV: All that portion lying within the East Marshall and West Marshall School Districts, the portion of the Marshalltown School District lying in the Bangor/Liscomb/Taylor, Eden/Logan/Washington, Green Castle/LeGrand, Jefferson/Timber Creek, Liberty/Marietta/Minerva precincts in Marshall County, the portion of Grinnell-Newburg School District that lies in Jasper County, and the portion of the Lynnville-Sully School District lying within the boundary of IVCCD. Deborah Jones, Director. Jones has served on the IVCCD Board since 2008; she is a resident of Clemons.
	Director District V: All that portion lying within the Marshalltown School District in the 1st and 4th Wards in the City of Marshalltown and Marion/Vienna precincts in Marshall County. Chris Brodin, Director. Brodin has served on the IVCCD Board since 2015; he is a resident of Marshalltown.
	Director District VI: All that portion lies within the Brooklyn-Guernsey-Malcom School District and the South Tama County School District. Joanna Hofer, President. Hofer has served on the IVCCD Board since 2017; she is a resident of Tama.
	Director District VII: All that portion lies within the Grinnell-Newburg School District that lies in Poweshiek County and a portion of the Montezuma Community School District that lies within the boundary of IVCCD. Paul W. Pohlson, Director. Pohlson has served on the IVCCD Board since 2006; he is a resident of Grinnell.
