IVCCD to host Receptions for Dr. Fisher and Dr. Howsare Boyens
As Iowa Valley prepares to bid farewell to Dr. Kristie Fisher, outgoing President, and welcome Dr. Anne Howsare Boyens as incoming President, the District has planned two receptions in Marshalltown and Iowa Falls. Members of the public, employees, and students are invited to attend with light refreshments served. Dr. Howsare Boyens will succeed outgoing President, Dr. Kristie Fisher, who served as IVCCD’s 7th president and was named the next President of Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids on May 4.
The reception in Marshalltown will take place October 11 from 3:00 – 4:00 pm in Dejardin Hall, located in the Iowa Valley Business and Community Solutions Conference Center, 3702 S. Center Street, Marshalltown.
The reception in Iowa Falls will take place on October 18 from 2:30 – 3:30 pm in the Panther Den, located in the Dale Howard Family Activity Center, 1021 River Street, Iowa Falls.
