Requesting & Sending Transcripts

Whether you're moving on to a new adventure or need a record of your accomplishments, requesting your college transcripts is a simple process. We're here to help you every step of the way!

  • Both Marshalltown Community College (MCC) and Ellsworth Community College (ECC) use the National Student Clearinghouse for easy and convenient online official transcript ordering. 
  • How to Order: Access the National Student Clearinghouse secure site and follow the step-by-step instructions.
  • Cost: Transcripts cost $7.40 per copy.
  • Payment: Payment is made with a debit or credit card.
  • Processing Time: Most requests are processed within two business days. Please be aware that during busy times like graduation, the beginning of semesters, or grade processing, there may be a longer processing time.

If you've attended another college, you'll need to send us your official academic transcript.

  • From Your Previous College: Follow the transcript ordering instructions provided by your previously attended college. An official transcript must be sent directly from your previous college to our Admissions Office.

Unofficial Transcripts: ECC and MCC students can view their unofficial transcript by logging into PawPass with their Student ID and password.
