Ellsworth Community College welcomes you to the Dale & Marilyn Howard Family Activity Center (DHFAC), located at 1021 River Street in Iowa Falls. This modern facility serves both ECC students and the surrounding community, offering spaces and services that support a wide range of fitness and wellness goals.

Amenities include:

  • Indoor walking and running track
  • Circuit training equipment, treadmills, and fitness bikes
  • Group fitness classes
  • Indoor tennis court

Hours may vary during academic breaks and college holidays. Closures will be posted in advance during periods such as spring break and between semesters.

Membership Information 

All Dale & Marilyn Howard Family Activity Center (DHFAC) memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of enrollment. Memberships may be paid in full at sign up or through a monthly payment plan. A 5% discount is available for memberships paid in full at the time of enrollment.

Includes a spouse or domestic partner and children ages 18 and under or still enrolled in high school. Foster children and foreign exchange students residing in the household are included. Young adults ages 19–22 are not eligible under this membership.

Personal Training Services 

One-on-one personal training sessions are available at the Dale & Marilyn Howard Family Activity Center. Session packages are priced as follows: 1 session for $40; 3 sessions for $105; 6 sessions for $180; and 12 sessions for $300. For more information, call the DHFAC Front Desk at 641-648-8712.
